1. Promoter

This competition is run by RH Hotels & Management (Pty) Ltd and its subsidiaries (“the Promoter”). 

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• South African residents aged 18 years or older as of the entry date.

• Individuals who submit valid and complete contact details via the competition form.

Employees of RH Hotels & Management (Pty) Ltd, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition closes at midnight on 19 June 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the competition form online, providing their name, surname, contact number, email address, and answers to all required questions.

By entering, participants:

• Confirm the accuracy of the information submitted.

• Consent to receive marketing communication from RH Hotels & Management (Pty) Ltd and its subsidiaries.

• Acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

There are two prizes available:

• 5-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two at Holiday Inn Johannesburg-Rosebank

• 5-night Bed & Breakfast stay for two at Holiday Inn Express Durban-Umhlanga

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 6 months of notification.

• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and may not be sold.

• Travel, transport, additional meals, or incidentals are not included.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Two winners will be selected at random using a random number generator.

• Winners will be notified by 26 June 2025 via the contact details provided on entry.

• If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be drawn.

Winners may be required to provide identification and proof of eligibility.

7. Use of Personal Data

By entering, participants consent to RH Hotels & Management (Pty) Ltd and its subsidiaries:

• Processing personal data for the purposes of this competition and future communication.

• Retaining the data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Data will not be shared with third parties. Participants may opt out of marketing communication at any time. For full privacy terms, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Publicity

With the winner’s consent, RH Hotels & Management (Pty) Ltd may use the winner’s name and/or photograph in future marketing or promotional material, including on social media.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and disqualify any participant who breaches the Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

By entering this competition, participants:

• Agree that participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

• Indemnify the Promoter against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation or prize acceptance, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any technical failure that results in an entry not being submitted or recorded.

11. Legal Compliance

This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa and subject to all applicable legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
